Shipping Policy

The items presented on this site are not all necessarily available for immediate delivery. Customers are encouraged to inquire with our customer service for more information.

For all orders, we may use FedEx, UPS, Dicom, DHL, Canada Post, Purolator, and Freight Delivery with regional carriers or our own delivery trucks to ensure your package arrives quickly and on schedule.

Normal delivery times for these services are 3-10 Business Days to major centres and few extra days for remote locations. Delivery times can vary based on the carrier used and other factors like traffic and weather. If you require a faster or overnight service, please contact us for a price quote. Not all items are available for expedited delivery. Please note we ship Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays and typically from an EST time zone.

Oversized Shipping:
Additional freight charges may apply to heavy, oversize items, or orders and delivery to remote locations. Please note, these orders will require a separate shipping quote depending on the size and weight of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order where site shipping charges are not accurately calculated. For large machinery or oversized items, special loading and unloading considerations might be required; our Order Desk will find the most cost-effective means of shipping and contact you before final processing and delivery. You will always be contacted to authorize any additional charge that might be required.

Remote Delivery:
Some geographic service restrictions apply. In certain remote locations, delivery will be made to the courier’s closest Pick-Up Centre from the shipment destination. Customers will be notified by the courier when shipments are available for pick-up. Other remote areas of North America can only be serviced by air delivery. If extra shipping charges are required for your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or change the delivery address.

Shipping Exceptions:
Some items online are only deliverable to commercial trade customers with delivery provided with negotiated rates.

Hazardous Materials:
Many products can only be shipped to commercial customers who have been qualified with required safety equipment and work environments. Hazardous materials will be shipped only for trade accounts that have been approved with a site visit. Additional shipping charges or hazardous materials service handling charges might be required.

We reserve the right to modify offers and delivery rules or to stop delivery offers without notice at any time. Deliveries can only be completed if a street address is provided, or alternatively a rural route number with a postal code.

Orders Refused on Delivery:
When the customer refuses an order upon delivery, the customer will still be responsible for his round-trip transportation costs and the inventory restocking fees of 20% of the invoice amount.
